The Party Is Over

This was probably one of the most chill events I've ever had at my house. People came when they wanted to. They threw something on the BBQ and then they sat around and ate and talked. Just before dark we did poppers with the kids and when the night air was calm the fireworks show at the nearby college started up. We watched that (the baby and I ducking into the house after the neighbors set off something loud that scared her) and then people moved to the front yard and watched our small selection of ground fireworks with my nephew. It was good times. Now I need a nap!
