Today I found out that a place I rented almost 4 years ago put an eviction on my record even though they never evicted me. In fact I gave notice and did a final walk through. I do however owe them money still because they charged me over $1000 to repaint a wall. Of course I can't find that paper. But don't you have to use a court system to evict someone?
I mean... how do I get this off my record because I have NEVER been evicted!
